The Hub is Dream 12 Properties' dedicated event and meeting space in Folkston. It's where we host our own Homeownership by Design™ workshops and Legacy Builder sessions — and where you can rent the same room for your meetings, networking events, conferences, or content shoots.

8 hours, the whole space to yourself — best for conferences, retreats, or all-day filming. 25% deposit ($93.75) due to reserve your date, balance due before your event.
Booking & Venue Policies
Reservation:
A 25% deposit holds your date; the remaining balance is due before your event.
Cancellations:
Deposit is refundable if you cancel at least 48 hours before your event date.
Capacity:
100 guests maximum — strictly enforced.
Setup & breakdown:
Renters get 30 minutes before and after their booked time for setup and breakdown. Need more time? Additional hours must be purchased in advance.
Parking:
Free on-site paved parking.
Alcohol:
Permitted for private events. Alcohol may not be sold without proper licensure.
